This lot features a group of bound early magazine compilations. As was a popular practice during the 1800's and early twentieth century, individual magazine issues were bound together in single hard-cover volumes. The compilations featured in this lot include the following fashion magazine issues:

- Godey's Lady's book and Magazine edited by Sarah Hale and Louis A. Godey - Dated from January to June, 1869 including issues of Volume LXXVIII - three-quarter leather with raised bands and gilt lettering to spine, bottom portion of spine taped
- Peterson's Magazine edited by NA - Dated from January 1887 to December 1887 including issues Vol. XCI , No. 1 through Vol. XCII, No. 6 - three-quarter leather with raised bands and gilt lettering to spine
- Peterson's Magazine edited by NA - Dated from January to December 1872 including issues Vol. LXI, No. 1 through LXII, No. 6 - three-quarter leather with raised bands and gilt lettering to spine, boards are detached, as are table of contents and initial pages of volume.
